Are you all of sudden getting the blue screen of death every time you print? This is a known issue with a Windows Update Security patch from March 9th. You have two OPTIONS to fix this - remove the security patch or install a new optional update to fix the issue.

Install the Fix:

1. Go to the Start Menu (Window icon in lower left) -> Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security.
3. Under Optional quarterly updates look for KB5001567 and click "Download and Install"
4. REboot as needed.

Remove the security fix: (only if you do NOT see the update above)

1. Go to the Start Menu (Window icon in lower left) -> Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security.
3. Click View Update History.
4. Click Uninstall Updates at the very top.
5. Locate KB5000802 under Windows Updates and click on it.
6. Click Uninstall. It will uninstall and then ask you to reboot your computer.
